2021 Chardonnay

Our Single Vineyard Wolf Pack Chardonnay is sourced from vines in the Dixons Creek Vineyard in the Yarra Valley.​

Whole-bunch fruit was pressed into a stainless steel tank for temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine was transferred to barrel for partial malolactic fermentation, followed by a further 8 months maturation in French oak of which 20% was new.​

The result is a fresh, balanced, medium-bodied Chardonnay showing bright acidity, stone fruits, subtle citrus and minerality that is accentuated by lightly oaked maturation.​
