Application of our T&Cs

Wolf Wine Co Pty Ltd (Producers Licence Number: 32810249) Terms: In these terms and conditions (Terms), “we” “us” and “our” refers to Wolf Wine Co Pty Ltd. A reference to “you”, “your” or “purchaser/s” means a user of this website who may also purchase products from this website. Your access to and use of all information on the website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the website and by using the website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Please note that currently we are registered for and do charge Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated in line with production costs. All transactions are processed in AUD.

Payment for Orders

Payment options include credit card and PayPal. We only accept Australian issued credit cards. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient. For store pick up orders, payment is made online prior to collection unless otherwise agreed. Orders placed with pickup that have not been pre-arranged may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping/Delivery Times

We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and are subject to the limitations of our third-party carriers. All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we despatch the products. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation Due To Error or Unavailability

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and/or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card/bank debit for the total amount debited. Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavour to dispatch the product as soon as practical. Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card/bank debit for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

We use either couriers or Australia Post to ship our products, and provide online tracking numbers where available. Please provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery during business hours. Please note we cannot deliver courier delivered parcels to PO Box addresses. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your order and your location. You can see pricing on the available shipping options at checkout. All freight prices are to greater metro areas only unless otherwise advised. Some locations may incur extra freight charges depending on your location. Should this be the case, we will contact you upon placing your order to confirm delivery address and any additional costs required.

Wine Clubs / Subscriptions

Refunds on Wine Clubs / Subscriptions that are terminated before their anniversary / renewal date will be offered on a discretionary basis. Wine Subscription customers may elect to cancel their subscription to coincide with their next instalment anniversary / renewal date at no charge up to 5 business days prior to anniversary/renewal date. Customer's subscriptions will then be processed as final and shipped as-usual. Customers who cancel within 5 business days of their renewal/anniversary date may be charged the equivalent of our entry-level subscription instalment charge at the time of cancellation on a discretionary basis.

Pre-Ordering Wines

If you pre-order a wine we will give you two options with your order: 1) hold all of your order until all wines are available and then ship your order to you or, 2) send the available items, then when the pre-ordered wines are available, discuss shipping options for remaining wines in your order.

Refunds and Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if a wine has a major problem. This is when a wine is unsafe for consumption or is significantly different from the description provided. All returns/warranty items require proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Consumer Guarantees

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Applying for a Product Return

Please contact us via email (or use our contact form) to apply for a product return. To return a faulty or damaged product, please clearly print your details on the outside of the package when returning it to us. All warranties are Return to Base. This means that all returns, warranty claims or refund claims must be returned to us by you, at your own cost. We do not cover or refund delivery charges. Return product must be sent with registered post with tracking. We are not liable for any returns that are lost in transit by courier or Australia Post. We will contact you regularly with updates for your warranty claim. All returns / warranty items require proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

International Orders

At this time we do not ship orders outside of Australia.
