2021 Shiraz [SOLD OUT]

Our Single Vineyard ‘Wolf Pack’ Shiraz is sourced from the Landsborough area in the Southern Pyrenees. This region is renowned for its longer and warmer ripening period compared to other cool climate regions, offering ideal conditions for Shiraz.   

Hand-plunging twice daily with a total maceration time (on skins) of 30 days and 9 months maturation in 30% new American Oak has produced a Shiraz showing balanced acidity, plush tannins and a lingering spice that belies its power and extended cellaring potential.
