2017 Reserve Syrah

Our 2017 Syrah comes from the Malakoff Vineyard in Victoria's Southern Pyrenees. 

Fermented with whole berries and a small selection of whole bunches, hand-plunged over 20 days, aged in French oak for 18 months. 

Showing layers of dark cheery, plum, violet and savoury spice, finishing with a gentle peppery lift.
