2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2015 Single Vineyard 'Wolf Pack' Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Bindara Coldstream vineyard in the Yarra Valley.

These vines offer an East-West exposure, 250m altitude on gentle slopes.

Cold soaking for 5 days and 20 months maturation in 50% new French oak combined with extended bottle aging has produced an elegant, cool-climate style with fine tannins and a lingering finish.

The 'Wolf Pack' are wines crafted to showcase authentic expressions of grape varietal, growing region and vintage conditions.
