2021 Syrah

Our Wolf's Den ‘Quattro’ Syrah is a blend of four vineyards spanning the Pyrenees and Yarra Valley whole bunch Syrah matured in seasoned oak for 12 months.

The result is a medium-bodied, cool climate style Syrah with strong cellaring potential.

The 'Wolf’s Den' is where we create our experimental blends that showcase what can be achieved with an open mind and rigorous craft.
