Our 2019 Single Vineyard 'Wolf Pack' Barbera is sourced from Cheshunt in the Upper King Valley.

The area's rich clay soils and relatively long, warm ripening periods are ideally suited to Mediterranean grape varietals.

Cold soaked for 7 days and matured in 40% new French Oak barrels for 20 months, Barbera's versatile blend of dark stone fruits, earthiness and bright acid will appeal to almost any palate.

The 'Wolf Pack' are wines crafted to showcase authentic expressions of grape varietal, growing region and vintage conditions.
